Meet Nikki G. Gralnick, J.D., M.P.A. - Riverside County Commercial Real Estate Professional
I feel honored to be a part of AARE, specializing in all areas of commercial real estate. AARE truly cares about their clients and agents and stands out as a number-one commercial real estate organization that does buy and sell, property management, and leasing, in addition to offering residential real estate services.
As a Commercial Real Estate Professional with AARE, I am committed and will take care of all client needs, whether it be selling, buying, leasing, or managing commercial property. Service is the most important aspect of being a professional, and clients always comes first and foremost.
In the past, I’ve been doing property management and leasing for my previous broker, headquartered in San Diego, while managing an office in Temecula, CA.
I was responsible for building business relationships with property owners in the Inland Empire, while developing training workshops for landlords.
These workshops were held monthly at the Temecula Valley Entrepreneurs’ Annex. All presenters were distinguished keynote speakers and experts involved in leasing and the management of properties. Some of the topics included handling difficult tenants, incorporating addendums and new laws into tenant contracts, restoration of properties, and handling evictions legally.
In addition to being licensed by the DRE in real estate, I am a registered bonded and insured Unlawful Detainer Assistant in Riverside County and have assisted property owners needing eviction services.
I also have years of corporate training that include designing and presenting webinars. Over the years, I’ve presented live seminars and webinars for Lorman Education Services. These webinars have been geared for professionals needing continuing education units (CEU.)
My areas of expertise include business and employment law, business ethics, and human resource management. A Business Ethics Webinar is presently being developed for Lorman, which I will be presenting on September 25, 2019.
Lorman is a nationwide company and all legal webinars taught are certified by the California State Bar for continuing education units. (CEU)
Previous webinars I’ve presented include a California Leave of Absence Webinar geared for HR Directors, Attorneys, and Accountants. I’ve also been a keynote speaker presenting California Employment and Federal Labor Laws that incorporated FMLA; ADA; and California Workers’ Compensation.
As an adjunct faculty member for Baker College online, I’m presently teaching Human Resource Management and Employment Law, and in past years, taught for three other Universities online and at local campuses in Southern California.
Teaching areas of expertise include: Business and Employment Law, Human Resources Management, Entrepreneurship, and Business Theory and Applications.
Having a diversified background is extremely useful in my present career as a Commercial Property Specialist, and I now bring all legal, real estate, and training experiences to AARE.
